Mackage values its customers and respects their privacy rights.

2. TYPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

When making an online purchase, you are required to open an account and provide us with the necessary Information to place your order. The Information that is collected includes your full name, email address, shipping address, phone number, age, as well as financial information (such as your credit card number and expiry date) etc. This Information allows us to contact you and deliver your purchase.

You can request that we delete your Information at any time after your order has been processed and delivered by sending an email to dataprotection@mackage.com. See more about this below.

Mackage may also collect non-personal information about you even if you do not purchase any products on the Website, such as: IP addresses, devices, applications and cookies. See Section 4 below on how we use this information.

Your name, email address, telephone number, and address are never disclosed to advertisers. We will investigate the complaint in consultation with the Mackage department which is responsible for the use of the data.
